This is a very special episode because it's the first time my husband, Sari Sabella, and I are sitting down together on the podcast to share our story.

Every relationship reveals who we are.

When we met, neither of us was the same person we are today. We had both spent years doing deep inner work, healing old wounds, and becoming more conscious. But as powerful as that work was, meeting each other became an entirely new initiation.

After eight years of being a single mother, I had learned to survive by living in my masculine. I had built strength, independence, and self-reliance because I believed I had to. Those qualities served me—but they also became armor.

As our relationship deepened, I slowly learned what it felt like to put that armor down. To receive. To trust. To soften—not because I became weaker, but because I finally felt safe.

At the same time, Sari stepped more fully into his King energy. As I became more feminine, he became more deeply embodied in healthy masculine leadership, protection, and presence. Together, we discovered that polarity isn't about rigid gender roles or performance—it's about creating a relationship where both people feel seen, supported, and free to become more of who they truly are.

In this conversation, we open up about where we each were before we met, how our individual healing prepared us for one another, and why our relationship became the catalyst for an even deeper level of growth. We explore what healthy masculine and feminine dynamics actually look like, how safety allows love to flourish, and why conscious partnership can become one of life's greatest paths to transformation.

Whether you're single, dating, or in a long-term relationship, this episode offers a fresh perspective on love, polarity, intimacy, and what becomes possible when two people commit to growing—not just beside one another, but through one another.

Sometimes you don't just meet the love of your life—you also meet the person who helps you remember who you've always been.

Hope you enjoy,
