What does it take to go from wishing you weren't here — to becoming your own greatest love?

In this episode, I share the raw truth of growing up disconnected from myself: feeling left out, without belonging, and carrying weight that was never really about food. It was protection. A way of surviving a world where I didn't feel safe being me.

Today, that story looks completely different. I love myself deeply. I revere myself. I never betray myself. And the relationship I have with my husband reflects that back to me every day — because the relationship we have with others is always a mirror of the one we have with ourselves.

So how did I get here?

Through the RISE Method — the framework at the heart of my book — built on four pillars:

  • R – Remember Divine Energy: Reconnecting to the truth of who you are beyond your wounds, your conditioning, and your story.
  • I – Inner Child Wisdom: Listening to the younger parts of you that are still waiting to be seen, held, and loved.
  • S – Sacred Higher Self: Accessing the version of you that already knows the way — the one who hasn't forgotten.
  • E – Embodiment of True Self: Not just knowing these things in your mind, but living them in your body, your choices, your life.

Once I committed to the work, something shifted. I started being guided. And I learned to listen.
